One of the most important things for us to remember is that each of our perspectives are unique. There are layers of biological, environmental, and social factors that impact the story of our lives, and not one of the stories are the exact same. The way that we view and process good and bad events in our lives becomes a health factor. It is important to acknowledge how each of these moments influence your view and mindset on life.
In addition, it is important to acknowledge when a mindset can be helpful or harmful to our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Being willing to reflect and know when it is time to make an adjustment to our behavior or mindset can play a pivotal role in improving our wellbeing.
